I thought I had all my paperwork notarized when I realized when turning in my application that one page was not. I immediately looked online for the nearest notary and she came up. She said she wouldn’t be back in town until 8 o’clock that evening. I said that wouldn’t be a problem because I didn’t have to turn in my application to the next day. Due to the death of 2, it is down to just 1 lawyer & me now. I am currently there MWF/9-5. I greet the clients, set appointments, answer the phones, maintain electronic files and paper files. I do electronic filings in 3 court systems & electronically filing bankruptcies. Our office services include bankruptcy (chapter 7 & 13), divorce / domestic issues, civil and criminal matters. We also handle Probate to include wills, living wills, Power of Attorney, estates and land issues. I am the right hand to the lawyer in all this. I hold an Associate Degree in Business Administration. I also hold an Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies. I plan to be a "CP' Certified Paralegal in 2019.
